به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز، محمد اسدیان رئیس مرکز پژوهش و مطالعات راهبردی شورای اسلامی شهر کرج در نطق پیش از دستور نود و پنجمین جلسه رسمی این شورا، از اجرایی شدن طرح الزام اساسنامه صندوق ذخیره کارکنان شهرداری خبر داد و گفت: این صندوق با هدف موسسه اقتصادی و بازرگانی در راستای تامین منافع و نیاز کارکنان این مجموعه در سال ۱۳۸۸ تشکیل شد که اساسنامه آن نیاز به تغییرات اساسی و بازنگری دارد.
وی بیان کرد: مدیریت و بهره برداری از طرح های عمرانی, تولیدی, رفاهی، تفریحی و اقتصادی خرید، فروش، اجاره، اموال منقول و غیرمنقول راهبری و تصدی گری دستگاه های عمومی و دولتی در سطوح ملی و منطقه ای در چارچوب اهداف موسسه و جلب مشارکت و همکاری کارکنان داوطلب شهرداری در برنامه ها و فعالیت موسسه که عموما از طریق سرمایه گذاری جذب، جلب مشارکت و سرمایه افراد حقیقی و حقوقی با عنوان سرمایه گذار و مشارکت کننده غیرعضو در برنامه ها و طرح های موسسه مشارکت دارند، از اهداف این صندوق هستند.
رئیس مرکز پژوهش و مطالعات راهبردی شورای اسلامی شهر کرج افزود: شهرداری کرج طبق قوانین بالا دستی، ماده ۸۰ بند مربوط به وظایف شورای اسلامی شهر مکلف به اصلاح و رعایت هشت بند ذکر شده در ذیل است. قرائت اساسنامه صندوق، بررسی مجدد و مواد آن جهت اصلاح طبق قوانین بالا دستی فوق الذکر، بررسی تشکیل جلسه مجمع عمومی و نحوه تهیه و تنظیم صورتجلسه، بررسی صورتجلسه نحوه انتخاب هیات امنا، بررسی صورتجلسه انتخاب هیات مدیره، ورود و تهیه گزارش حسابرسی خارجی از صندوق، دریافت تایید بورس اوراق مشارکت برای صندوق، ورود شورای شهر به عنوان دستگاه نظارتی طبق ماده ۸۰ بند ۸ مربوط به وظایف شورای اسلامی شهر و انتصاب مدیر عامل با انتخاب هیات مدیره با حکم شهردار در راستای اجرای طرح الزام اساسنامه صندوق ذخیره کارکنان باید رعایت و اجرا شود.
