به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز، سپیده غفاری، مشاور امور بانوان و خانواده فرمانداری کرج و مسئول کمیته امور بانوان و خانواده قرارگاه اجتماعی کرج، در نشستی که پیرامون اهمیت عفاف و حجاب و خانواده در فرمانداری کرج برگزار شد، گفت: ایجاد بوفه کتاب‌های بانوان در کرج، یک نیاز فرهنگی، اجتماعی است که با اختصاص بخشی از فضای پارک ها و مراکز هنری شهر می توان الگوهای آن را پیاده سازی کرد.
وی با اشاره به انتخاب کرج به عنوان پایتخت کتاب، افزود: ما فضاها و زیرساخت‌های بلااستفاده فرهنگی در شهر کرج کم نداریم که با بهره برداری بهینه از آن ها و ترغیب سرمایه گذاران به مشارکت در این موضوع، پویایی فرهنگی خوبی ایجاد خواهد شد.
مشاور امور بانوان و خانواده فرمانداری کرج، ایجاد این مراکز را زیرساخت اجرای طرح پایتخت کتاب در کرج دانست و اضافه کرد: پارک‌ها، سالن‌های تئاتر و سینماهای سطح شهر، فضای مناسبی برای ایجاد بوفه کتاب‌ها به شمار می‌روند که سیاست گذاران نهادهای فرهنگی استان در این زمینه می‌توانند تصمیم سازی کنند.
غفاری در پایان خاطرنشان کرد: جای خالی این مراکز در مناطق کم برخوردار نیز احساس می‌شود که به موازات ایجاد زیرساخت های شهری، از ارائه خدمات فرهنگی در این مناطق نیز نباید غافل شد.
