به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز، علیرضا احمدی، سخنگوی وزارت کشور از ابلاغ دستورالعمل نحوه احراز سکونت شهرداران در محل خدمت خود به استانداران سراسر کشور خبر داد و گفت: براساس این دستورالعمل، تمامی شهرداران مکلف هستند در محل خدمت خود سکونت داشته باشند.
وی مطرح کرد: چنانچه شهردار از تاریخ صدور حکم انتصاب توسط مراجع ذیربط در محدوده شهر محل خدمت خود سکونت و اقامت نداشته باشد باید حداکثر ظرف مدت یک ماه، نسبت به اسکان در محدوده شهر مذکور اقدام کند.
سخنگوی وزارت کشور تصریح کرد: شهرداران و خانواده های آن ها شامل همسر و فرزند یا فرزندان تحت تکفل آن ها باید در محدوده شهر سکونت و اقامت داشته باشند.
به گفته احمدی، در صورتی که شورای شهر نسبت به عدم سکونت شهردار در محدوده شهر اطمینان حاصل کند، طبق تبصره ۴ ماده های ۸۰ و ۹۰ قانون تشکیلات، وظایف و انتخابات شوراهای اسلامی کشور و انتخاب شهرداران مصوب ۱۳۷۵ و با اصلاحات بعدى آن می توانند ادامه فعالیت شهردار را خاتمه دهند.
وی با بیان اینکه برای راستی آزمایی اجرای این دستورالعمل سه مکانیزم و شاخص تعیین شده است، خاطرنشان کرد: شاخص ها و مستندات احراز سکونت شهرداران در محل خدمت خود شامل گواهی اشتغال به کار همسر و فرزندان تحت تکلف شهردار در محدوده شهر محل خدمت، هستند.
سخنگوی وزارت کشور، گواهی آموزش و پرورش در خصوص اشتغال به تحصیل فرزندان تحت تکفل شهردار در مدارس یا مهد کودک های در محدوده شهر محل خدمت و قولنامه دارای کد رهگیری و اسناد مالکیتی را از دیگر شاخص ها و مستندات احراز سکونت شهرداران در محل خدمت خود عنوان کرد.
