به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز، ناصر مقدم، مسئول کمیته اطلاع رسانی و مدیریت جو روانی در استان البرز گفت: براساس مصوبه چهل و چهارمین جلسه ستاد ملی مدیریت کرونا مقرر شد محدودیت های جدید و شدیدتر کرونایی برای ۲۵ استان از جمله البرز اجرا و اعمال شود که طی آن تمام مشاغل به جز مشاغل سطح یک شامل مراکز عرضه کننده مایحتاج ضروری مردم، دستگاه های خدمت رسان ضروری، مراکز امداد و نجات، فروشگاه های زنجیره ای، مراکز درمانی و سلامت شامل بیمارستان ها و مطب ها و مراکز تامین زیرساخت های آب، برق، گاز و تلفن تعطیل خواهند بود.
وی با اشاره به اینکه ادارات دولتی نیز با حداکثر یک سوم کارکنان فعالیت و حق حضور دارند، ادامه داد: در طرح اجرایی مصوبه مذکور، مناطق مدنظر به سه دسته «سطح سه یا قرمز»، «سطح دو یا نارنجی» و «سطح یک یا زرد» تقسیم شده اند که برای هر منطقه، محدودیت هایی متناسب با شرایط و سطح انتشار ویروس کرونا در نظر گرفته شده است. محدودیت های شدید کرونایی سطح قرمز از اول آذر ماه در شهرستان های کرج، فردیس، ساوجبلاغ و نظرآباد اعمال می شود.
مدیرکل فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی استان البرز مطرح کرد: محدودیت های مهمی نیز در خصوص تردد بین شهری برای وسایل نقلیه تعیین شده است که غالبا به وسیله دوربین های کنترل هوشمند اجرایی می شود و در این راستا خودروهایی که پلاک آن ها متعلق به شهرهای مناطق «سطح سه یا قرمز» و «سطح دو یا نارنجی» باشد، حق ورود به سایر شهرها را ندارند و در صورت تخطی و ورود، با جرایم سنگین مالی روبرو خواهند شد و از طرف دیگر نیز پلاک های غیربومی حق ورود به شهرهای قرمز را نخواهند داشت.
مقدم با بیان اینکه در اجرای محدودیت های تعیین شده دو هفته ای تردد وسایل نقلیه با پلاک های استان های البرز و تهران، بین دو استان مشمول ممنوعیت نمی شود، اظهار کرد: کلاس های درس در تمامی مدارس و دانشگاه های مستقر در مناطق سطح هشدار سه، دو و یک به صورت غیرحضوری برگزار می شود و فعالیت مراکز فرهنگی و مذهبی و نماز جماعت نیز به مدت دو هفته تعطیل خواهد بود.
وی عنوان کرد: در شهرهای مناطق «سطح سه یا قرمز» سقف نفرات حاضر در جلسات اداری ۱۵ نفر تعیین شده و تا حد لزوم سایر مدعوین به صورت مجازی و از طریق وبینار حضور خواهند داشت و در مناطق سطح دو یا نارنجی سقف افرادی که می توانند در جلسات حضور داشته باشند، ۲۰ نفر و در مناطق سطح یک یا زرد نیز سقف تعداد نفرات ۳۰ نفر تعیین شده و بیش از آن ممنوع است.
مدیرکل فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی استان البرز در پایان مطرح کرد: در این طرح وضعیت حضور و برنامه کاری پرسنل نیروهای مسلح براساس دستورالعمل ستاد کل نیروهای مسلح تعیین و ابلاغ خواهد شد و بانک ها نیز به فعالیت خود ادامه خواهند داد.
