به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز، حسین ناصرخاکی، دادستان عمومی و انقلاب شهرستان فردیس با اشاره به اجرای تبصره ۲ ماده ۱۰ قانون حفظ کاربری اراضی زراعی و باغ ها، در خصوص اعمال قانون در مورد ساخت و ساز‌های غیرمجاز گفت: این عملیات درخیابان باغ انگوری و اراضی حوزه واقع در روستای فرخ آباد بخش مشکین‌دشت این حوزه قضایی انجام شد.
وی با بیان جزئیات این اقدام که منجر به آزادسازی ۲۴ هکتار از اراضی کشاورزی در این شهرستان به ارزش ۲۵۰ میلیارد تومان شده است، افزود: در این اقدام، موارد متعددی از قبیل۳۰ مورد دیوارکشی غیرمجاز به طول دو هزار و ۷۰۰ مترمربع و دو مورد بنای غیرمجاز به مساحت ۱۱۰ متر مربع اعمال قانون شدند.
دادستان عمومی و انقلاب شهرستان فردیس بیان کرد: همچنین ۱۰ مورد محوطه سازی به مساحت ۸۵۰ مترمربع، چهار مورد آلاچیق به مساحت ۵۵ مترمربع، ۱۵ مورد دپوی مصالح به مساحت یک هزار مترمربع سطح اشغال و دو مورد پی کنی و گودبرداری استخر به مساحت ۴۰ مترمربع نیز اعمال قانون شدند.
