به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز، حمیدرضا عسگری، رئیس سازمان مدیریت آرامستان‌های شهرداری کرج گفت: طبق مصوبه ستاد پیشگیری و مقابله با ویروس کرونا در البرز و کرج و اعلام رئیس شورای تأمین شهرستان کرج، برگزاری هرگونه تجمع، همایش، عروسی، عزا و غیره ممنوع است و خاطیان به عنوان مجرم شناخته می‌شوند.
وی افزود: با توجه به اینکه اکنون شاهد خیز موج چهارم کرونا هستیم، باید محدودیت‌های جدیدی اعمال شود تا بتوان از شیوع نوع جدید بیماری جلوگیری کرد. طبق مصوبه ستاد پیشگیری از کرونا، هرگونه تجمع و برگزاری مراسم عزاداری در محل آرامستان بهشت سکینه (س) کرج ممنوع است و محدودیت‌های تردد اعمال خواهد شد.
عسگری اعلام کرد: خانواده‌های عزادار برای دفن اموات خود باید مدنظر داشته باشند که حداکثر ۱۰ نفر با رعایت فاصله اجتماعی و پروتکل‌های بهداشتی در مراسم تشییع شرکت کنند. مردم پروتکل‌های بهداشتی و فاصله اجتماعی را به صورت حداکثری رعایت کنند در غیر این صورت عوامل نیروی انتظامی طبق قانون و مصوبه ستاد کرونا اقدام خواهد کرد.
رئیس سازمان مدیریت آرامستان‌های شهرداری کرج گفت: بنرهای اطلاع‌رسانی در ورودی و خروجی بهشت سکینه (س) نصب شده است تا شهروندان در جریان آخرین محدودیت‌ها قرار گیرند.
گفتنی است بر اساس ماده ۶۸۸ قانون مجازات اسلامی هر اقدامی که از مصادیق تهدید علیه بهداشت عمومی باشد، جرم است و مجازات برای آن تعیین‌شده که یک سال حبس از جمله این موارد خواهد بود.
