به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز، تورج بیات سرپرست اداره کل تامین اجتماعی استان البرز گفت: در راستای ارج نهادن به جانبازان معزز انقلاب اسلامی و جنگ تحمیلی، به منظور حمایت و خدمت‌رسانی هرچه بیشتر به آنها و کمک به تامین هزینه‌های درمان، ایثارگران جانباز از پرداخت دو درصد درمان مقرر در ماده ۸۹ قانون تامین اجتماعی معاف شدند.
وی با بیان اینکه برای این منظور منتظر ابلاغ دستور اداری مربوطه در روزهای آینده هستیم ادامه داد: همچنین سازمان تامین اجتماعی برای تجلیل از این عزیزان شرایط بازنشستگی خاصی در نظر گرفته که دارا بودن حداقل ۲۰ سال سابقه بیمه پردازی و حداقل ۲۰ درصد جانبازی است. اشتغال در زمان تقاضا، ۵۰ سال سن برای مردان و ۴۵ سال سن برای زنان از دیگر شرایط استفاده از این قانون میباشد.
سرپرست اداره کل تامین اجتماعی استان البرز افزود: بدین ترتیب جانبازان می توانند به همراه ارائه درخواست کتبی که به تایید بنیاد جانبازان رسیده باشد در صورت داشتن حداقل ۳۰ سال سابقه (اصلی و ارفاقی) بدون شرط سنی بازنشسته شوند. سوابق ارفاقی از حداقل سه سال (۲۰ درصد) تا حداکثر ۱۰ سال (۷۰ درصد) بوده و سوابق مازاد ۳۰ سال محاسبه نمی شود.
