به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز، رئیس شورای اسلامی شهر کرج اظهار کرد: پس از بررسی صلاحیت سه گزینه قطعی تصدی کلانشهر کرج (مصطفی سعیدی سیرایی، امیر یزدی و سید علی اکبر میروکیلی) مصطفی سعیدی سیرایی با کسب هشت رای از مجموع ۱۳ رای اعضای شورای اسلامی شهر کرج، به عنوان شهردار منتخب این کلانشهر انتخاب شد.
جواد چپردار رئیس شورای اسلامی شهر کرج گفت: امیر یزدی با چهار رای و سیدعلی اکبر میر وکیلی با کسب یک رای نتوانستند اکثریت آرای شورای اسلامی شهر کرج را کسب کنند.
گفتنی است سعیدی سیرایی حدود ۲۲ روز پیش با رای اکثریت آرای اعضای شورای اسلامی شهر کرج به عنوان سرپرست شهرداری کرج انتخاب شد، وی پیش از این مسئولیت شهرداری فردیس را نیز در کارنامه کاری خود دارد.
شهردار منتخب کرج برای صدور حکم نهایی به وزارت کشور معرفی می شود.
