به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز، حسین ناصرخاکی، دادستان فردیس با اشاره به دستوری که به شهرداری فردیس برای اجرای دقیق مصوبات ستاد کرونا و محدودسازی ورودی پارک ها و بوستان ها داده شده گفت: این دستور به منظور اجرای دقیق مصوبات کرونا و قطع زنجیره این بیماری داده شده است.
وی با تاکید بر اینکه اقدام به تخریب موانع محدود کننده پارک ها و بوستان ها عملی مجرمانه است تصریح کرد: شهرداری مکلف شده به متخلفینی که توجهی به دستورالعمل ها نمی کنند و با از بین بردن نوار زرد رنگ محدوده بوستان ها، وارد آن ها می‌شوند اخطار دهد.
دادستان فردیس اذعان کرد: در صورت مشاهده چنین تخلفاتی، متهمان به اتهام تخریب اموال عمومی و تهدید علیه بهداشت عمومی تحت تعقیب قرار خواهند گرفت.
