به گزارش پایگاه خبری دیده بان البرز و به نقل از روابط عمومی دادگستری کل استان البرز، مسعود ستایشی سخنگوی قوه قضائیه، با اشاره به صدور قرار جلب دادرسی برای ۱۶ نفر در پرونده شهید عجمیان، گفت: احکام اولیه پرونده روز گذشته صادر شد.
وی ادامه داد: بر اساس احکام صادره پنج نفر از متهمان به اتهام افساد فی الارض به اعدام و ۱۱ متهم دیگر از جمله سه جوان کمتر از ۱۸ سال به حبس‌های طولانی مدت محکوم شدند؛ احکام صادره غیرقطعی است و مطابق مقررات در صورت اعتراض، قابل فرجام خواهی در دیوان عالی کشور خواهد بود.
گفتنی است دوازدهم آبان امسال تعدادی از اغتشاشگران در اطراف آرامستان بهشت سکینه و در مسیر کمالشهر کرج به بهانه شرکت در مراسم چهلم یکی از جانباختگان اغتشاشات اخیر به نام مرحوم حدیث نجفی با ایجاد زنجیره انسانی، ریختن سنگ و چوب و نخاله‌های ساختمانی، اقدام به بستن آزاد راه کرج قزوین و اختلال در عبور و مرور خودروها، تخریب اموال عمومی و خصوصی و ضرب و جرح مامورین کردند.
در حوادث این روز، سیدروح‌الله عجمیان، بسیجی حافظ امنیت مظلومانه به شهادت رسید.
